  I am a native of Benton Harbor and I grew up on these burgers. Any time I am in the city, I must grab a "Brown Bag". These past few yrs have been a disappointment, the burgers are not the same, the patties are getting smaller while the price is increasing. Thus visit home we decided to dine in before getting on the highway, and the place was nasty and smelled unclean, the bathroom floors appeared to have been mopped with a greasy mop. There were plenty of workers standing around doing nothing except talking to each other, while waiting every 15m to take an order. The owner must be burned out, or just not care anymore. This place is a landmark for travelers and nostalgic for those like me who grew up on Henry's Hamburgers. Please get it together and do better 😔

  Henry’s has very poor customer service. The youth they’re hiring now they’re not training on customer service and it shows. It used to be a friendly atmosphere.

  This place had such great reviews but the food tasted like cafeteria food. The burgers were as flat as white castle burgers and the only good thing was the milkshake

  They were about to close but they waved us in for the drive thru and we got a chili dog, a cheeseburger and some chilli cheese fries and they were all amazing.Glad we decided to give them a first time try and will definitely be going back!Prices were good too👍✨️I wish I had taken a Pic of those chilli cheese fries trust me they were great 💗

  The Service was exceptional 👏, the price $63 for 4 brown bags 🙄😤 was STUPID, I should have pulled off, but the nostalgia of Henry's.... man, I remember when a brown bag was 1.29, we used to go get them for the guys that worked in my parents plant when I was a kid! But SIXTY THREE DOLLARS for some burnt patties that wasn't much bigger then a half dollar is insane! I ordered 4 BB specials with DCB 2 which had shakes. And an extra cheese burger. Those meals averaged 15+ dollars each. I am very sorry but Henry's will stay a part of my past because there's no way in hell I can afford that ever again especially as small as the patties were......
