  I order Caramel Frappé I click extra caramel two time two day a row and they not do it. Piss me off. I not go there no more.

  Wow, this experience has truly opened my eyes to new levels of incompetence, levels I could NEVER imagine. And I understand this is fast food but I'm never taking my business to this McDonalds again and suggest the same for everyone else. For reference I ordered 2 cheeseburgers NO PICKLE NO MUSTARD. So we pull around to the window get our food to find out the cheeseburger has only mustard, and only onion. Whatever so I go in and ask to have them re made because I wasn’t going to eat the burger if it had mustard on it. The employee who took our order said she would have to ask to have it remade. About 3 minutes later someone did ended up remaking them. I told her “ thank you so much your amazing “ she was not amazing. I open up the bag with the new cheese burgers in them and THEY ARE THE SAME EXACT THING. Except one had no cheese. Only mustard only onion AGAIN. Begrudgingly I walked back to my car very frustrated just to find out the rest of my food was cold by the time I got back. What a waste of money. What a joke. I have never ever seen such incompetency in my life. Don’t waste your time or your money here.

  I stopped in tonight for a cheap dinner. The younger workers were either new or just super flustered. There were drink mishaps and it kinda set the tone for the rest of the order. I asked for the receipt on 1 order because the machine didn't give 1 and the boy was like it's OK we got it, I said yes that's great, I'd still like my receipt, he made me ask 3x then walked away? and had a lady come get it, which she did, no trouble and I appreciated her. Also they need to pay attention to what sauce is ordered, I ordered honey and got honey mustard which is disgusting. So some extra training needs to be done here for sure. They really acted like they never filled an order, ever, it was much more complicated then it needed to be, they didn't appear busy. They were nice though. I was being as patient as I could, I could tell they were flustered. But definitely pay attention to the sauces and when someone asks for their receipt, they shouldn't have to ask 3x to get it. I understand my order went through, but it's my copy, and my way of making sure all items ordered are present, which they weren't. We almost left without our shake. My food was good and they were nice and patient as well.
