  I love this place but they toasted my sandwich and i cried and lost aura. I HATE TOASTED SANDWICHES.

  Walked in. Everyone coughing over the food. A girl that said she works there but not in uniform on other side of counter was hanging all on the counter coughing touching stuff. I'll never go back to that jimmy John's.

  2 handfuls of lettuce 3 cucumber slices and 1 pickle cur in half is worth $10 plus dales taxes? Then go back in and repeat minus 1 hnadul of lettuce??, for oaying that amount i could have went to a grocery store and got better for less money. Bread, chicken 2 pieces bacon, lettuce, 3 cucumber slices and 1 pickle cut in half with extra ranch almost $15!!! YOU ALL NEED BETTER SKULLED EMPLOYS OR BETTER QUALITY FOOD SERVICE. FOR YOUR PRICE AND THIS HORRIBOE SERVICE LOYAL CUSTOMER LOST. WILL NEVER GIVE ANY JIMMY JOHNS BUSINESS AGAIN

  We ordered online asked for turkey tom meal with xtra mayo the hubby got JJ BlT put extra bacon and cheese cut in half my sub was full of brown soggy lettuce and so much mayo was leaking out and hubby had two strips of bacon after paying 3$ for extra either cut in half lol so we called the manager says he don’t have to give us name was very rude says and if we bring them back he will replace I said sir I’m already home clear across town we have toll bridges etc he refused any other help and really it sucks paid 30$ for this food can’t even eat contacted corporate who said we should hear back in 2-3 days lol I’m good keep it but we will never order from u guys again what terrible customer service and even worse there subs it’s was just disgusting soggy mess mainly bread and mayo after all rotten lettuce was removed yukkk Update….. jimmy johns responded on here yet no one has reached out also got a email saying someone would be in contact like 24-48 hours never heard anything back so if this wasn’t the experience you guys wanted for us why not call email anything make it right but nope nothing so we will stick to never coming back again we will spend our hard earned money elsewhere we won’t be scammed again I would avoid them at all costs unless u wanna pay 30$ for bread and mayo and rotten lettuce and customer service is even worse what a disappointment really loved your food and was a good customer 💔🥺this is very disappointing was really hoping u guys truly cared about customers

  Whoever the man was that delivered my order deserves a raise! He was kind and enthusiastic. Best delivery I’ve gotten without even trying.
