  Was greeted with a smile and eager to take our order. Staff was patient as my friend was counting her money out to give exact change. The restaurant was neat and clean. Food was served hot and fast with accuracy.

  July 2026 Wow, I gotta be honest..... I'm not really a roast beef person, I've not been to an Arby's in over 25 years for that reason. Yesterday I was with my daughter and I just decided we'd end up at Arby's..... why? Well, she had told me that she & her husband enjoyed Arby's recently, AND, I recently got some Arby's coupons. So, I saw a chicken sandwich coupon and decided I'd get one IF my daughter wanted to eat there...... YES!!! she wanted to go. My experience...... Walked in, greeted by a short smiling gal with a great, fun personality, she was very helpful too, she deserves a raise! 😃 I ordered the chicken sandwich, fries, orange shake. My daughter ordered extra roast beef sandwiches to take home too. The coupons gave us a nice discount.....Oh! The fun gal, she even gave my daughter scissors to clip needed coupons!!! Got food, didn't take very long. Sat down. Gave thanks. SURPRISE!!! I unwrapped my chicken, found a nice piece of CHICKEN!!! I was thinking it would be one of those nasty oval shaped pieces of "not sure what it is". But, Arby's gives chicken!!! I'll tell you, it WAS GOOD!!! The fries, OK. The orange shake, real good!!! Downside.... table next to ours not cleaned off from prior eaters, still not cleaned when we left. Ketchup dispenser didn't work great, and the TEENY size cups for ketchup not good at all, actually creates waste. Oh! I ordered the $2+ peach dessert thing. I got one that was sitting maybe since breakfast, great taste, but ends burnt & dry, it was only one on display so bad choice I made to order it, & Arby's should NOT have sold it. My only complaints. Bathroom... men's was clean, but used paper container pretty full. I was too scared to look in the ladies room!!! (just kiddin). 💡 thoughts: if Arby's would add a popular burger to menu, it MIGHT get some people, like me, to not take 25 years to stop in. So, I will be back, I loved my meal, I will be back when I'm with my daughter though. Stop in, food's 👍 good!!! (3 days after above was written). Ok. I got a GREAT response from owner. Said burgers ARE AVAILABLE on the menu!!! That is a good idea, will be back... FOR A BURGER!!! 😃 pAuL. ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿ This is 20th of July about 2 weeks AFTER the above review by me and the owner's comment, below. The owner told me hamburgs were AVAILABLE. We went in the 20th, I ordered a burger, the item the owner said was AVAILABLE 2 weeks ago.... 2 workers told me burgers were taken OFF the menu ABOUT 2 WEEKS AGO!!! Seems the owner was not honest, well, I will be back... you believe me, right???

  Went thru the drive thru on June 7th 2026 at 6:13 pm the person at the window was not pleasant AT ALL ever said total at the speaker never gave me a receipt never said hi no communication AT ALL totally ignored conversation my husband asked for no ice in his mellow yellow they tried to give it to him with ice in it and when he said he wanted no ice she/he slammed the window all pissed off I tried calling the store and of course there was NO answer spent over 20.00 for shitty food and service
