I think we caught them at a terrible time but I can honestly say we will never go to this Taco Bell again because of this one visit. We went there at night for dinner months ago and pulled into the drive-through - they said they were closed for another 2 minutes (weird timeframe but ok) we pulled over to where the other cars were waiting for them to reopen, assuming they had just finished cleaning or something. That was a sign from the universe that we should’ve gone across the street to the Wendy’s or something - a sign we didn’t notice. They reopened, everyone pulled into the drive-through again. Got our order. Drove the 15 minutes back home. Sat down for a movie and started eating… when I tell you that I think they dropped my food on the floor, I mean there was literal gravel in my food. Not the anti-caking agent they have inside the cheese bags. Literal gravel on the outside of the soft tortilla wrap - not inside. On all the things I ordered. I second guessed myself. “There’s no way.” Even had my wife look at it to see if I was crazy. Nope. Literal small stones embedded into the outside of each tortilla. That grainy texture? That tasted like sand and then the hard, unyielding rock? Gravel. Or whatever was on the kitchen floor. Haven’t been able to eat here since (only recently was able to stomach the thought of going to a different Taco Bell, it was that bad). By the way: tried to leave a review of them the night it happened(this did happen literal MONTHS ago) and they somehow had reviews turned off on Google during that time period?
Whoever was on drive up doesn't listen. We ordered steak tacos. We got beef. Grant you we only got charged for beef. They effed up the order and now I can't eat. After surgery the beef is too spicy.
He messed my order up and he wants to run his mouth and be unprofessional about it after having me make a trip!! I don’t believe they make their food with love in this location. If they aren’t making it with love, they making it with something else….
Placed a pickup order for 6 beef tacos. My order got marked as "Ready for Pickup". I get in my car and drive to this store. There are no food orders in the pickup area. It takes them 10 minutes to even acknowledge me. They then tell me that my order isn't ready, and that they are out of beef and it will be a 30 minute wait. WHY WOULD YOU MARK MY ORDER AS READY IF IT DIDNT EVEN HAVE THE CAPABILITY TO BECOME READY? I cancelled my order and never returning.

Absolutely love this location! 💯 I come here pretty frequently for late-night meals, and I’ve consistently had a great experience.
I especially want to give a shoutout to the manager. This guy is an absolute beast, and they’re lucky to have him. I’ve been here enough times to notice that even when the crew seems stressed or frustrated, he’s always upbeat, outgoing, and genuinely friendly. He leads by example and always seems to keep things moving while treating customers with respect.
To that manager: thank you. 💯 You deserve all the recognition coming your way, brotha. Thanks for making something as simple as a late-night Taco Bell run enjoyable every time. Keep doing what you’re doing!
