It should not take 12 minutes to make a Doritos Locos Taco. Especially with the amount of staff running around.

This is the 3rd time I’ve ordered a cheesy double beef burrito at this location and got a burrito drowned in creamy chipotle sauce which is not even an ingredient thats supposed to be on tbis burrito. It’s supposed to have nacho cheese not creamy chipotle. Getting pretty irritated. Please retrain your staff to follow correct recipes. In food service it’s actually pretty important to make things with the right ingredients and not add items the customer isn’t aware of. People may have allergies. And I have the right to have what I requested and paid for.

This place handed me a $9 discovery box that looked like it was deep fried in dirty oil. The chips tasted exactly how I imagined the box would have tasted, had I eaten the box. And the worst part is, they somehow deepfried the nacho cheese too

The Taco Bell and Michigan and Battle Creek Michigan has top notch customer service. The people here are very friendly, especially Dawn and Lucian also got my order quick and Dawn helped me get my order up as it was having problems with my phone. If there’s one thing that can be said these guys are amazing workers and they were also very patient. Thank you for your help It was so much appreciated and the food was excellent Keep up the good work guys❤️
