  I ordered delivery for my lunch and ordered the “Create Your Own 3 Cheese Nachos.” The receipt on the bag was checked for the nachos order, and the bag even had a large red check mark next to the chips, but the chips were unfortunately missing from the order. Since I’m a teacher on a 30-minute lunch break, I wasn’t able to leave and replace the missing item myself. I understand mistakes happen, but it was disappointing that the order did not appear to be fully checked for accuracy before being handed off for delivery.

  My crew and I eat here daily, my only issues are that the serving portions are inconsistent, and the young men working evenings are consistently inadequate at their job. I would recommend better management here, the place has a lot of potential for more business, if your workers were trained better.

  We ordered for pick up and had the WORST food. I wish I could give this location zero stars. My husband's burrito was completely wrong and had almost nothing in it that we requested (no queso, no jalapenos, missing almost all meat). They put JALAPENOS in my son's kids' meal. My toddler's entire face turned red, and he burst into tears due to the bite he got full of jalapenos. It was inedible for him. Who in their right mind puts jalapenos in a kid's taco? The 3-cheese nacho was a watery mess/ slop. The last meal had almost zero meat as well. This was the worst meal I've ever had from any Qdoba. For the price of that meal, it's not worth it. I don't think we will be going to this location ever again.

  Food was good here, staff was a bit busy with long line of customers, but they were hustling. I had to go back to the counter to grab my vinaigrette, as they forgot to get it for me, even though I asked about it twice while in the line. I still had a good meal here.

  I usually enjoy stopping at Qdoba Mexican Eats in Battle Creek, and I understand that things can get behind especially with online orders. I wasn’t expecting a big greeting and even told the employee to take their time and finish what they were doing first. What bothered me was the attitude. There was eye-rolling and a level of rudeness that felt completely unnecessary. I try to be understanding when places are busy, but basic respect shouldn’t disappear just because things are backed up. It made the whole experience uncomfortable.
