  Going through drive-thru, kid isn't listening to a word I say, manager gets on to try to "fix" my order, deletes what he put originally and then just copies what he put down and shoos me up to pay, and my food came out crappy

  Im a stay at home mom with a 3 month old, didn't feel like cooking and decided to use some points and by a sandwich and fry. Got there to check in and checked in on the app. For some reason the app glitches after it confirmed my check in to then telling me my order was canceled. Went inside and was created with such kindness , got help immediately and was back home in no time. I always love the customer service I get here when ever I decide to go. ☺️ Shout out to the guy that helped me out, im sorry I didn't catch ur name but thank you for your help and kindness!

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this location. I ordered a burger, and when we opened it, the meat was completely pink and undercooked in the middle. This is a serious food safety concern and is frankly unacceptable. I expected much higher quality control, and after this experience, I will not be returning.

  Some employees were kind of snobby towards us cause they know we're homeless but our money is the same as everyone else's n we deserve the same treatment as well
