  I recently visited this McDonald's location, and while I generally have realistic expectations for fast food, I was unfortunately disappointed with the quality of the meal. As a former McDonald's Crew Trainer, I have a deep understanding of the "Gold Standard" for food preparation, and I know exactly how the patties are supposed to be seasoned, seared, and served. Regrettably, the burgers I received were significantly sub-par. The meat was noticeably overcooked and dry, suggesting they may have been sitting in the UHC cabinets far past their hold time or were simply prepared without a focus on quality control. Beyond the cooking of the meat, the assembly of the sandwiches—what we used to call the "build"—was quite sloppy. The ingredients were essentially thrown together rather than being properly stacked and centered on the bun. When a burger is not wrapped tightly or stacked correctly, it leads to a messy experience for the customer, especially those eating on the go. On a positive note, the operational side of the visit was efficient. The drive-through moved at a respectable pace, and the order accuracy was spot on, which I certainly appreciate. However, speed and accuracy should never come at the expense of food quality. I hope the management takes a moment to revisit kitchen procedures and retraining on the assembly table, as this location has the potential to be much better given how well they handle the logistics of the drive-through.

  The restaurant was clean, food was hot, but above all else the customer service from Brandon was impeccable. He was very nice and good hearted.

  One of the ketchup dispensers said OOS so I used the one that did not , after pumping the ketchup I noticed it was lumpy, discolored , smelled sour and had black specs in it , I took a photo and showed the lady at the counter , she said that it’s out of order .!!!! Seem to be working fine to me , it also seems that you guys are too busy to CLEAN YOUR dispensers, rather they are out of order or not they should not have MONTH old ketchup in them,she asked me if I would like new ketchup…. No I’d like a refund !!!! this is completely unsanitary and unprofessional, I will be contacting the BBB

  Two days in a row I made it there, ordered right away but had to leave after waiting 45 mins in line. I never made it to where I had to pay. Drive through is a waste of time.

  I just want to take a moment to recognize the amazing staff at this McDonald’s. I recently came in with a very large order of fries for my entire class, and the team went above and beyond to make it happen smoothly. From the moment I walked in, they were patient, organized, and incredibly kind. Large orders can be stressful, especially during busy times, but they handled everything with such a positive attitude and efficiency. They made sure my order was accurate, fresh, and ready in a timely manner, which I truly appreciated. It’s clear this team cares about their customers and takes pride in their work. Their kindness and willingness to help made a big difference in my day—and my students were very happy too! Thank you for your outstanding service!
