  I am a frequent customer of Jimmy John’s. On Sunday, June 14, 2026 I went to the Jimmy John’s on Beckley Road in Battle Creek Michigan. There were two employees in the store and I was the only customer. I ordered a #9 unwich, no tomatoes, extra extra onions, wrapped like a regular sandwich and cut in half with a side cup of avocado dip. To start the lady that was making my sandwich put tomatoes on it. I corrected her and said no tomatoes so she took them off and used to spatula to scrape the tomato seeds off which was also scraping mayonnaise so I asked if she could put a little more mayonnaise on please. Next I verbally asked for extra onions. She didn’t agree to wrap the sandwich the way other employees had wrapped my sandwiches in the past but I let that go. When she put the avocado dip in the bag I noticed that it was only half full. I asked if she could fill the cup but she said she could only put 2 teaspoons and I said I normally get a full cup. She stated that they didn’t charge me and that’s all she could give me. I told her I would pay for a full cup but she would not accept that so as I was walking out I said “ unsatisfied customer “. She then stated for me to it come back. I replied I have been coming to this store long before she had a job there and I will be back. She then started repeatedly yelling at the top of her lungs to get out while pointing towards the door. As I left I stated that I would be reporting her to management. I have never had an experience like that at any establishment in my life and I am 62 years old. That employee needs more training in customer service.

  I prefer Jimmy John's. Not a fan of yellow mustard or 12 inch rolls not cut in peices

  They are quick the server that brought it to me was very nice quick and nice I love this place
