  It's the only Arby's left in Battle Creek as far as I know, but it was always the best one in Battle Creek. They're efficient. Their food is always fresh and good. The staff is always courteous and responsive

  Great service and I'd like to mention specifically I think her name was Serena might be misspelled but either way she was amazing had great customer service and the food came out fast and even though I was having a hard time hearing her (not her fault at all) she repeated herself without sounding rude or disrespectful which unfortunately I've noticed with lots of other fast food workers are not capable of (not at this location)

  I ordered a regular roast beef doubled meal. I got a jamocha shake and it was the worst shake I have ever gotten from Arby's. The wife had the orange cream shake. My jamocha shake must have been made after my wife's because my shake was a jamocha/orange cream shake. Don't think I'll ever go back to the Arby's again.
