I had a very disappointing experience at this Dairy Queen. We ordered eight items through the drive-thru. When we checked our order, we realized one twist cone was missing. We went back to the window, and instead of checking the order, the employee immediately and rudely insisted they hadn't forgotten anything and said they had given us all eight items we ordered. It was obvious that seven people in my car had ice cream, while one person did not. The employee then sarcastically asked if I wanted a receipt. I said yes because I wanted to verify whether I had been charged for the missing cone. A very kind blonde employee came back to the window, apologized, explained that the twist cone had never been added to the order, and confirmed that I had not been charged. I told her that was completely fine—I simply wanted to purchase the cone for my son. She was polite and handled the situation professionally. Unfortunately, another employee, Baylee, then began yelling that I had asked for a receipt. I explained that once the mistake had been identified, I no longer needed one—I just wanted to buy my son's ice cream. I even told her, "You don't have to be rude. I'm just trying to get my son's ice cream." Baylee continued talking over everyone so loudly that I had to ask the blonde employee three separate times what the price of the cone was because I couldn't hear her. When I asked Baylee for her name, she initially refused to give it to me. She then said that if I really wanted it, it was on her hat and turned away as if trying to prevent me from reading it. Mistakes happen, and forgetting an item isn't what upset me. What made this experience so disappointing was the complete lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service. The blonde employee handled the situation exactly as it should have been handled, and I appreciate her kindness. I hope management addresses the behavior of the other employee so future customers aren't treated this way, as this is not the first time I have heard about the Baylee at this location being rude.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This Dairy Queen is worth the drive! I travel over an hour just to enjoy one of my favorite treats. 🍦 The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly quick, making the experience even better. You can’t beat the value either. Their $7.50 lunch special includes a hot dog, chips, a drink, and a delicious sundae—such a great deal these days! There’s plenty of parking and outdoor seating, making it a nice place to relax and enjoy your meal or ice cream. The only thing to note is that there are no public restrooms, so plan accordingly. Great customer service, classic Dairy Queen favorites, and a fun stop if you’re passing through. I’ll definitely keep making the drive back! 🍦❤️

I had the snickers blizzard. I haven't had one in a long time so I decided to get an old favorite. Very good. I love DQ I have issues with dairy and DQ is the only ice cream shop that doesn't bother me as long as I don't over do it.
