  I like Pizza Hut, but every time I order instead of using their own drivers they use DoorDash and something goes wrong. I placed an order, I waited for like 30 minutes or so, then got a text at 10:03pm saying "it's been given to DoorDash". And it arrived without my extra ranch after sitting in a parking lot getting cold while the Dasher picked up another order at McDonalds. And, when I got the food it was almost 10:30pm, so it's not like I had any recourse or anyone to call that the Dasher forgot my ranch. And I was stuck eating room temperature pizza. I like Pizza Hut's food, but I hate their over-reliance on DoorDash, because every time I get an order from DoorDash that I ordered on Pizza Hut's website, there's a problem, whether it's forgotten sides, forgotten drinks, or forgotten whatever. When Pizza Hut used their own drivers, the orders were always great since the driver gets paid to read the ticket and make sure you have everything, and then deliver the food hot, not at room temperature. Pizza Hut, please, for the love of God stop outsourcing to freelancing contractors because they always screw it up. Or at least make sure they have everything in their hands that they need before they leave.
