  The mobile app wasn’t letting me place an order so I followed my order from my phone and asked for a box that I guess was online only, and while the guy taking my order was trying to speak, the manager on at that time completely talked over him and with an attitude said it’s online only. It was rude and disrespectful for the actual person taking my order. I then asked for a rolled quesadilla combo and when the worker read it back the actual screen to check my order did not appear with my total and I guess he said just the rolled quesadilla and my drink but I thought it was the combo. I read over my receipt while waiting for my food and realized it was not the combo I was asking for and told the worker, he said okay and was going to check the different. When he came back he told me I would have to pay 3 dollars more for the taco and that there is no box after paying 7 dollars for the quesadilla and almost 4 for my strawberry freeze. Also, the manager was again trying to tell him things while he was telling me stuff and was micromanaging terribly the whole time. The app says there is a combo and it would come up to at most 12 dollars, while it was already 11 for my two items, and then 3 more for a taco. They lied about what I’d available and I would have gotten a different drink to not be charged 4 dollars for it but they were rushing and trying to overcharge me. I had to drive away without the food I wanted and was a terrible experience for low quality food.

  Unfortunately my Cinnabon coffee was nasty/made incorrectly and we weren’t given straws :(

  Crunch wrap supreme, virtually nothing on it. For over $6 I will go somewhere else. Also, not trying to be critical but the girl taking our order didn't speak clearly and was garbled. It's either the system (speaker) sucks or she wasn't clear. Not a good experience

  I come in typically one to two hours before they close, and they always seem to be out of main ingredients already. I understand that they may stop making some things right before closing, but two hours just seems lazy. Other stores in the area don’t have that problem. I will say that the employees are typically polite though.
