This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I grew up working in the food industry, so I understand how important it is to take care of customers. There were four employees working, but only one seemed to be making food. I stood at the register waiting to order, and no one greeted or acknowledged me. After waiting for a while, an employee finally took my order without saying much and then went to the back to use her phone. Meanwhile, one employee was taking out the trash, while the others were focused on cleaning. I understand that cleaning is important, but I was the only customer waiting. Serving customers should come first. I came in, paid for my food, and couldn’t even receive basic customer service or courtesy. If you don’t want to work there, it shows in the way you treat customers. Extremely disappointing experience.

I ordered online for a pickup during my half hour lunch break got there before the pickup time waited for more then 10 minutes after the pick up time then asked about my order the person got the manager they said they didn't receive it then I showed them the receipt and they told me to hold on. After waiting for another 5 or more minutes I asked if they were going to make my order or not and they said no you have to go online. So I didn't eat lunch because I ran out of time. Tried contacting customer service online no reply

Waited forever to order, when i ordered a peanut paradise the cashier didn’t seem like she was gonna ask if i wanted pea protein or the other one and when i said pea protein, she acted surprised like she almost forgot. I waited forever for my order and when they called out a smoothie where they just said “peanut” i thought it was mine but i realized it was a pb cup. So i gave it back (did not put a straw in and didn’t even walk away from the counter) but they looked at me funny for it? Weird behavior. Then when mine is finally called out it’s not even filled completely. At least 2 inches gone, I’ve been to other tropical smoothies where they always fill higher. I start drinking it and it doesn’t even taste like there’s pea protein in it and it doesn’t even seen like it’s completely blended.
