The app is so hard to attempt a refund with. The employee seen me and still walked to the back and at that point I just wanted to find out how I can get my money back!

It was just me and she didn’t even greet me I had to greet her first and she was just annoyed that she had a customer. I was going to try the new protein pocket and she acted annoyed when I ashtray question. Than when she said I can’t add to it which is fine I picked my sandwich out and I wanted a wrap still and she said I had to get a foot long instead of a 6”. I left because she was rude as hell from the start!!!
