    I'm still reeling from a rather 'unwelcoming' experience with a lady on June 24th. Despite my friendly greetings – yes, I greeted her twice! – she didn't bother to respond and gave me a rather dismissive stare. Am i asking too much?

    I called and asked to speak to the manager and had The Misfortune of getting Shaun on the phone. I explained to him that I was overcharged yesterday because his employee rang in the wrong sub instead of the sandwich that was on special and that I even brought it to his employees attention yesterday and he did nothing about it. He offered to remake the sandwich which made no sense to me at all. My friends and I go to the subway 3 days a week but I won't be coming here ever again. Try listening to your customers when they have concerns Shaun especially if you're the manager

    Utter customer harassment by one of the male employees (perhaps the manager by his age?). I don't recommend this place to anyone for its compete lack of courtesy and respect for customers. We were followed outside by the male employee I indicated above to be told not to leave the car parked there. We had purchased some cookies and left the car for 5 mins while running a quick errand. And he indicated that we can't leave the car there all day. I said it won't be all day and he made this exasperated face. I was back in 5 mins and asked him if he thought it was appropriate to harass customers who had their car parked in front. He didn't even bother to apologize, and instead ignored me. I'll never set foot in that place again, and I can recommend it to anyone, to be honest.

    I stopped by this Subway intending to buy lunch and was immediately confronted by an older gentleman in the parking lot. Before I even made it inside, he started questioning where I was going and told me I couldn’t park there. When I explained that I was planning to purchase a sandwich, he then told me I couldn’t buy food and walk over to the park afterward. The whole interaction was bizarre and honestly made me feel unwelcome. I ended up watching other families park, get food, and head toward the same area without anyone saying a word to them. It felt like I was being singled out for some reason. I’ve never had someone police my movements before I’ve even become a customer. If there are rules regarding parking, they should be posted clearly and enforced equally for everyone. Instead, I was met with an unnecessarily aggressive attitude that completely turned me off from giving this location my business.

    I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Subway location. An older gentleman approached me in the parking lot before I even had a chance to go inside and began telling me that I couldn’t park in customer parking. I explained that I was planning to buy a sandwich, but he continued to argue with me and told me that I couldn’t purchase food and then walk to the nearby park. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I later watched two other families do the exact same thing without being confronted. The interaction felt targeted, unnecessary, and unprofessional. As someone who intended to be a paying customer, I felt harassed rather than welcomed. If there is a parking policy, it should be communicated respectfully and enforced consistently.
