The food here is usually awesome, however, three weeks ago when I was here, I do not remember my food being so heavily salted!!!
Both mine and my daughter’s food almost was unedible and had to be thrown away when we got home , waste of good leftovers usually…
The atmosphere is always fun and exciting specially for people who haven’t been there especially for children, adult , and even teenagers
Our server was awful. It’s not her fault about the heavily salted food. It’s not even her fault that the food took an hour to come out. But she was nowhere to be found. All the other servers were on the floor running back-and-forth attending to their guest, we couldn’t even find her…. 20 minutes. We waited for water another half hour for the appetizer that obviously was sitting in the window, and another almost hour for our food to come out, which a few of the items were actually just lukewarm so they probably sat in the window also!!! I do not think the hostess sat the server appropriately, However, if she needed help, if she was in the weeds, she needed to get some help from her other coworkers. Because in the end the customer is the one that suffered.!!! Good luck

The food was okay, but the experience was amazing! The beautiful jungle atmosphere made it such a fun, family-friendly experience for the kids. We also loved that we were able to keep our cups as collectibles—it was such a cute touch!
And we absolutely loved our waitress, Chrissi! She was so sweet, patient, and interactive with the kids. She was hilarious, personable, and made our entire visit even more enjoyable. Great service really makes a difference, and Chrissi definitely made our experience memorable. We’ll definitely be back! 🌴🦜
Our waitress dumped an entire glass of water and an entire mai tai all over me. She apologized and I was gracious. Mistakes happen , however no manger ever came to say a word and when we asked at the end of the meal to speak to one he said oh yeah we don't have pants but i did update your bill and remove the one drink. Had they offered to comp my meal, I most likely would have said don’t worry about it, but the careless attitude is really unacceptable. My entire shirt and most of my pants were soaked as well as my shirt stained. The bill was over $200 which we do not mind spending at all, but some basic consideration for the customer should have been extended.

The food tastes amazing, we ordered the Python Pasta and Steak. They got my order wrong as I am vegetarian and asked for my Python pasta with no chicken, but still gave my order with chicken. I am not strictly vegetarian, but I am still a little concerned with the communication especially for future customers who request a vegetarian version of their meal and get it brought to them incorrectly. The pasta was still made really well and left me satiated. The steak doesn’t taste five star and the ribs tasted store bought, but was still edible. What really bugged me the most however was the attitude of our server, Will (I believe is his name. He is a tall, curly-haired male), who yelled at us for asking how long our food would take. We were respectful with it and only asked out of genuine curiosity. He responded with some hostility, pointing out in a rude tone loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear that we shouldn’t be asking because no one else has received their food and we’re not the only ones. We were all able to realize that he was being disrespectful for no reason. He automatically assumed we were making things all about ourselves simply because we asked about our food (without any complaints whatsoever too?) and was pointing out other customers to compare, loud enough for some to turn their heads. A simple response such as, “Just a couple more minutes,” or “Ill check on it for you,” would’ve sufficed, not throwing a fit in front of a customer for asking a question. It was quite disappointing, the service that came from our server. I’m aware enough to know some people feel tired at the end of the day during their job , especially at a restaurant, as I used to work at one as well. However, I think one should still treat others with basic human respect and refrain from taking their exhaustion onto others. It is hard after a long shift, but if you are incapable of at least being professional enough in this type of environment, then you shouldn’t work at a restaurant. :)
What a great experience. We met some friends from England at the outlet and decided to grab lunch.
We had Maddie as a server and she was excellent, she was funny and got along great with our table. Her attention to detail was amazing and nobody had to ask for a refill, she just brought it. Had a slight mishap in something and she rectified the problem quickly. I even asked about the “famous” Laura, well honour surprise Laura came over and introduced herself and said we were in greet hands.
Maddie, you did an awesome job and we enjoyed our time. Amazing service
The food was great, the quickness of getting the food out was awesome even thought the place was packed. I was a little taken back by the elephants but it was a cool experience.
Would definitely come from Sarnia again to enjoy
