- ESElizabeth Shifflett1 day ago1.0- dirty floor and table - didn't provide utensils/napkins/plates -food took over an hour (tables beside us that were sat after us received food and bills we got our food) - kids had to wait for their food since it was brought out last -substitions weren't welcome -drinks never refilled - server couldn't find the manager - manager was disrespectful and didn't seem to have any idea of how to rectify situation other than saying he was a family man We will not be returning to this location.
- TATim Aggas2 days ago3.0We always like coming here for a meal, but this time was not so good. Waiter did not bring anything to the table. We had to ask for plates and condiments. Someone else brought the food, set it down and walked away without a word. Again, waiter did not bring anything, but tip is still expected for sub par service. Sorry, this visit was awful.

A special thank you to our server, Chrissy! She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. We will definitely be coming back!

Our server, Jackson, did the very best he could. Offering updates, etc…but in the end, acknowledged the wait was excessive and the kitchen was unlikely to deliver our food timely given the short staff. I felt bad for the serving staff— they come to work, off tips based on ticket volume…and this was unfortunate. We had a decent visit but wouldn’t likely plan to come back given the delays.

She was friendly, attentive, and made the experience extra special for our family. The kids had a fantastic time with the rainforest atmosphere, and the pork was outstanding. Great food, great service, and a memorable experience all around. We’ll definitely be back!
