  Thanks Payton for always providing top tier customer service when I stop by for my online, even if my order isn't ready when I arrive he stays on top of things and his responsibilities so it comes out in a timely manner, keep up the great work love coming to this location after shopping always fresh and hot food !!

  I nice staff but I always place an order for a fry and a coke to go with my lunch while on break and half the time they have me pull forward to a spot to get my order which I understand things happen but it’s normally just for a fry. It takes a while for them to come out and most times when they bring my order out to the car it’s the wrong order. I understand having to pull forward But there’s never a line when I’m told to pull forward and again it’s inconvenient to be on break having to wait for an order when I go there intentionally because they don’t have long lines during my break time but I always have to wait for a fry or my order that’s going to be wrong . Nice staff needs better efficiency

  Went here last night and waited over 20 minutes for our food. Was given our food but half of our order wasn't in the bag and only 2 out of 4 drinks were ready. After it took nearly 10 mins just to get 1 more drink and 1 6 piece chicken nuggets we decided we didn't want cold fries/food and wanted our money back. The manager came and was understandably upset but she then decided to scream at her employees with a lobby full of customers. I felt really bad for those employees, they should not be belittled and embarrassed in front of other customers like that. Also, getting our refund took another 20 mins.

  Drive through not fair, wait in 1 line while 5 other people go ahead of you in the other line. The fries are hit and miss, too salty, not warm, and not cooked, greasy. Is it possible to have people who speak clear English take the order?

  ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. My brother, sister in law, nephew and i went to this McDonalds for a lunch. As soon as we got in I noticed the floor was really sticky but that was js smth small to add on to everything else. Then we used the big screen things to do our order but we needed to split the pay js a 2 pay so not that hard like as if it was a 4way pay like bro easy shit but we had to go pay at the cash register, ok fine wtv then we get told they can’t do that. Huh? That’s stupid so as we where trying to talk smth out this other guy comes into the McDonalds with a burger it was messed up and added the only two things he asked NOT to be on the burger(idk if it’s bc of an allergy or js bc he didn’t like the stuff, he asked for NO pickles and NO onions and they gave him both.) so then that kinda made us upset for the guy. The workers wasn’t even paying attention to anyone basically. And when we asked for the manager the dude didn’t even bring us the manager to talk to he js came back out and said I’ve checked with the manager and they said we cannot do split payment. So over all we left without food and a terrible experience will NEVER go back, and I advise anyone else to be careful going there if u have allergies they may include it in the food on purpose…
