Stop for breakfast on July 6th at this location. Food was hot and fresh. I haven't had McDonald's breakfast that good in many a year.
The quality and freshness surpasses any McDonald's I've ever been to.!!
Thank you for the excellent service and quality food for once I don't feel like I have been robbed.!!
We very unfortunately just had lunch here on our way through Auburn Hills. We ordered at the kiosk and then had the hardest time picking a table since every single one of them had disgusting food, salt, and trash on them. This is a busy area and we understand that, but there were only two families eating in the dinning room, and nobody in the drive thru lot. Several people standing around on their phone. I went to look for napkins and there were none. I figured I’d just wait until our food was served, surely we’d be brought napkins on our tray. Not only did we not receive napkins, part of our order was missing, and the boy who brought it to us dropped the tray so hard that fries came out of their container. We said thank you and he just walked away without saying a word. I noticed there were no napkins, and part of our order was missing, so i went up to ask for our missing items, my words were “hello, i’m really sorry but we’re missing our bbq sauce, and napkins.” he looked at me, slowly turned around, walked away. no acknowledgement or anything. grabbed bbq sauce, handed it to me, never gave me napkins. just stared, so i walked away, because what’s the point, i already asked. we sat and ate at our dirty table, one or two more tables came in and the two we saw at the beginning left. still just three tables taken. the same boy (longer dirty blonde/brown hair and glasses) sat the the register on his phone, the whole time. i decided i would go to the bathroom before we left, my fiancé stayed at the table, i was going to help her go afterwards since she’s handicapped at the moment and uses a knee scooter in order to walk. i was in there with two other women who were very displeased. one bathroom was open so i went towards the door until i saw the monstrosity that was in the large/handicap accessible stall. feces, toilet paper, urine, paper towels, etc all over the toilet, floor, toilet paper dispenser, and hand rail. the women began talking about how disgusting it was. we had to take turns in the small stall, the floor was soaked (I can only imagine what it was) It was finally my turn in the single stall and wouldn’t you know it, I slipped, luckily I landed against the door, but my shoulder is very sore. At this point in time I’m very frustrated because my fiancé, whom is handicap can’t even use the bathroom safely. I went to wash my hands and there’s a massive pile of paper towel all over the counter because there’s not even a trash can in this bathroom. I leave the bathroom and find the boy who i just can’t seem to get away from because he’s the only one in the lobby. I calmly explain that the handicap stall in the women’s restroom isn’t able to be used, and ask if he can clean it up because the person I’m with needs to go to the bathroom and since she’s handicapped she can’t use the small one. He stared at me and shook his head, not a word. I go back to my table, very heated. He comes back a few moments later and asks me to explain all over again because he didn’t understand, probably because he was on his phone. This time I was a bit less calm, but not mean. I said it very blunt “There is paper towel, toilet paper, bodily fluids, and much more all over the women’s handicap accessible bathroom and she can’t use it (As I point to my fiancé who is sitting with her broken leg propped onto her scooter) He just said “okay.” and walked away. We waited 15 minutes for it to be cleaned, no other customers came in, someone had to be able to clean it. The boy continued to stand at the register on his phone. I went to check the bathroom, it was the exact same, nobody was cleaning it. We had to leave, she couldn’t hold it anymore and she surely couldn’t use the bathroom. This feels like discrimination against those with disabilities and I’d like to be contacted regarding a resolution to this issue because I’m absolutely disgusted by not just the state of the restaurant, but the behavior of the employees. This place should be shut down if it isn’t providing accessible care to those in need.
Today I went to McDonald’s for some breakfast, none the less, there were some misunderstandings at this location and it wouldn’t be the first time. I ordered the hotcakes and sausage, and I also asked for a McGriddle now to my understanding there are varieties of the McGriddle but there’s also common popular options. When you look at the menu it advertises McGriddles all with the sausage and you would think when you order your McGriddle it wouldn’t be misunderstood as just getting the pancakes knowing you already ordered pancake's. I typically just move on from experiences like this because I get things can be stressful etc, but you’d also think a plain McGriddle would be the exact same as thing as if you ordered a plain burger, you’d expect the McGriddle to just come sausage and hotcakes, I know this because I’ve ordered this exact thing plenty of times before. When you call the place a you’d expect some type of understanding & etc but instead you should probably expect some lash back. Anyways the food wasn’t bad it’s just disappointing that the workers can’t clarify things beforehand and assume instead of ask especially if they know the menu. I understand as a customer I could’ve clarified more but also working in the food industry before, I know it’s usually a good thing to specify for customers what their getting because typically the worker knows more than the customer, your goal should be to satisfy the customer and with that you may have clarify things instead of assume.
Adriana, was the person I spoke to the second (not exactly rude nor argumentative) not sure who it was I spoke with the first time but they were without a doubt rude and argumentative, the second person definitely sounded the same as the first but couldn’t really assume that as I didn’t ask for the first persons name.

The night manager here is one of the meanest people I have ever encountered. She was a very plump, middle-aged Mexican woman. The customer service level is an absolute zero. Don’t bother contacting corporate, they send you on a wild goose chase back to the store manager, who again was so unbelievably rude.
Was here late in the evening 6/12/26, ordered through the drive-through, and was told to pull forward to drive-through spot number one. Mind you there was someone already in spot number one, so I had to wait 5 minutes for the spot. After pulling in and waiting about 15 minutes longer, another younger, Mexican girl tried to give me the wrong food, when I told her what I had ordered, she was extremely confused… I showed her my charges and she apologized and walked away. After about ten more minutes, I decided to go into the store. The lobby area was locked, but the back door was propped open with a wet door sign. The younger girl noticed me and came over. I repeated my missing order, waited for another 15 minutes in the dirty vestibule, and the manager finally comes over with a bag. After all that hassle with about a 45 minute wait, the food items were wrong. This manager proceeded to argue with me that is actually what I ordered, when indeed it was not. Not once did this manager apologize, rather she said things like “oh my God“ while rolling her eyes, and would be very short and snippy. She was so mean, I am shocked she is a manager. McDonald’s choosing to employee such unprofessional, rudely behaved people and then promote them to management is beyond me.
Moral of the story, do not pull forward when they tell you to. They will give your food to someone else and then accuse you of being in the wrong. Or actually, don’t go here at all - best advice.

The lady who took my order was very impatient and rude. I believe she may have been a manager (she wasl wearing a purple shirt, a different color from everyone else) . The lady in the back cash was nice but once I got to the window to get my food I was given my drink with nothing said just a slammed window after I thank said thank you to the worker . It wasn’t till I tasted my drink that I realized how awful it tasted, it was as if there wasn’t any vanilla in it and the coffee tasted old overall. I went back around the drive through back to the 2nd window to have it remade and asked politely if I could have the drink remade that it tasted bad. The man looked at me with a stale face and said “that’s how it comes what do you want me to do about it” I then said well I’d like the drink to be remade cause this one is horrible, he slammed the window again got the lady who originally took my order, she was rude once again no proper greeting or anything, no type of proper customer service and said that’s how the drink is made, I then told her I’ve had the drink many times and it’s not supposed to taste like that she then snatched the drink from me rolled her eyes as if she was annoyed to be remaking the drink she messed up, they then parked me for a few minutes to get the new drink and then she brought it out with the most annoyed face and handed me the drink didn’t say anything even after I said thanks you for remaking it and have a nice day, after all of that the drink still wasn’t right.
