  I placed an order online, which I normally don't and prob won't again. Theres a long line at counter, none of customers are addressed for about 10 mins. Lady then asked to help us. I was second is line. First person is also waiting on a online order and receives it prompt. She helps other customers, I watch for another 10 mins the staff run around looking like they dont know what to do. I asked the youngest person there if that bag that been sitting there the whole 20 mins is mine. Indeed it was. I tell him we need drinks. He hands me cups. Theres no straws in lobby or bag. Nice. Look in bag. No sauce for nuggets. The food was cold. Waste of time and money

  Genuinely the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonalds. I ordered in advance via the mobile app, pulled into the drive thru, and they gave me my drinks and asked me to pull up and wait. Before I even got my food, my sweet tea that I had ordered was extremely watered down and completely over-filled with ice (I had ordered light ice). I waited about 10 minutes, and when the food came out, I had expected it to be fresh because of how long I waited, and the fries were cold, not to mention my medium fry was half empty. I also paid extra for extra pickles on my burger, and half of it didn’t have pickles at all. Honestly do not recommend this location, but just hoping I had a bad experience.

  This mcdonald's is the worst one I've ever been to. The staff is very unfriendly. My girlfriend ordered breakfast on the mcdonald's app. It was at 10:10 am when the order was placed. They accepted the order and charged her. I get to the location at 10:25am and had to wait behind a couple of cars at the drive through. When I get to the speaker and give them the order number I'm picking up. Some guy comes to the mic and stated " We are not going to honor this order its after 10:30 am" I asked him why not it was placed before 10:30 and y'all charged us plus accepted the order from. The app. Then the guy said " yeah no we aren't doing it"...my gf had to call them to refund her money back to her card. I went to a different mcdonald's in the area (Woodward and S blvd) right after and they still made the breakfast for us even tho it was after 10:30 am. And were very friendly too.
