"Hi, Carrie, my name is Tyler. I am a district manager with Jimmy Jones. I just wanted to reach out about your most recent experience. What does I do apologize? I will be looking into why you have not received the refund yet and get that. Taken care of." "What does I do apologize?" Really, Tyler from Jimmy Jones? Do your job, that's what. Jimmy Johns customer service has been lovely and doing their best. Don't ever go to this location, though.

Couple of times I had to call after an hour and a half and response was -" the driver left half an hour ago, he'll be there any minute". When I got the sandwich, it was soggy, guacamole turning black. Terrible!
