  They jacked the prices up again. Half subs were originally $9 but they’re $11 now. At this point you’re better off just spending a few extra bucks and ordering actual takeout from somewhere.

  Stood and ordered my food, asked if they had ice tea. I was told they didnt anymore, no big deal. took my cup to the pop machine and not one single dispenser worked. ( I understand pop machines break) walked back to the counter and asked if I could get a root beer. girl at the first station next to the register raises her voice over everything while pointing aggressively, " sir! everything we have is in the pop machine!" No need to be rude as hell.

  Bathroom dirty trash full faucet broken wet floors don't dry ice doesn't work watered down pops when full and they add more of what people don't want on their sandwiches.

  My husband was in for lunch today… he works in the area very often and stops on a regular basis to grab lunch. He always pays cash and comes in the store to order… he’s not much of an app guy… this morning he wasn’t feeling great and went to work anyways… nothing sounded good except Jimmy John’s… he came in and the customer service was so horrible. He ordered his food and stood there forever waiting… he thought maybe the sandwich sitting there was his so he picked the bag up to see if it was his receipt…. He was met by a little lady who was so rude to the point we will never step foot in your store again. Customer service is huge and if you’re going to work with the public then it’s a must to be polite to people and not cause them to never want to return to a place that they come often. Yelling at my husband that he ordered online and can’t pay with cash online… no, he walked in and ordered at the register with the very nice girl. Then was met with the lady who wanted to belittle him and talk to him like he’s not a paying customer and a complete idiot. I’ll be sure to let everyone know this is how your employees treat customers when they are just rushing to grab a sandwich before they have to go out an work their tail off the rest of the day… hope that girl has a better day and doesn’t come across the wrong person acting the way she did. I could describe her, but if you were there, you all know who it was. She’s lucky that she came across the nicest man on earth and not his wife. I don’t stand for that kind of service when we are the paying customer… do better Jimmy John’s!

  Booked large order for party weeks ahead and prepaid tip for delivery driver. On Day of party, called a half hour after supposed to arrive. They said they didn't deliver yet because their driver doesn't come until later on Saturdays. So we came to pick up the order ourselves. Then they refused to return the tip for the delivery driver.
