  In the past JJ’s has always been dependable for fresh and flavorful bread and veggies. Meats were typically fine but not necessarily what drew you to JJ’s. Recently, the sandwiches have been downright lousy, not to mention about 1/2 the thickness of what they once were. Today I purchased two #12 Beach Club. The sandwiches were puny, and the bread and veggies subpar. Initially I thought there was no meat on the sandwiches; however after “dis-assembling” I found two slices of turkey covering the bottom piece of the bread. I’m confident that if the meat were cut any thinner it would not have remained intact. This is not my first bad experience, but because the sandwiches were so much better in the past, I keep coming back hoping for better, Not any longer. I do not believe these issues are specific to this store. I say this because ratings across the stores are consistently very low, and I also believe workers make sandwiches following standards set by the franchise. Sad to say, the franchise is going down the tubes.

  Stopped into Jimmy John’s around 11:30am and had one of the most unnecessarily rude interactions I’ve experienced in a while. I was standing by the to-go pickup area, patiently waiting while a younger blonde employee finished bagging orders. I was trying to be respectful and not interrupt. Instead of simply acknowledging me like any normal customer service interaction, she snapped at me saying I shouldn’t just be standing there and needed to tell her what order I was picking up. The tone was rude, dismissive, and completely uncalled for. If acknowledging a customer politely is too much, this might not be the right role. No one expects over-the-top service, but basic respect should be the bare minimum. Definitely left a bad impression. Hopefully management addresses the attitude, because that kind of behavior drives customers away.

  Fast service. Toasts too hard , seems smaller and it’s like one slice of turkey it like a veggie sandwich but I ordered a club Luna. It’s not worth the price
