Showed up well after 30 minutes thinking my order would forsure be ready since I was 10 minutes late. It was not ready and waited an extra 15 minutes before I got my food. Place was not busy at all so don't know how that happened. Take my food and go to my car to start eating. Somehow the burger is literally room temperature.. don't know how that happens if I was waiting and grabbed the food from the worker as soon as it was available. Very confused about that. On top of that they didn't make both burgers the way I requested. Asked for extra of 4 different toppings and they instead put very little of each. This is my first time eating five guys in probably 10 years and was very underwhelmed. Definitely will not be back. I will choose culvers 10/10 times before this overpriced and overrated food. ๐
