    Chai tea latte & strawberry mango refresher was so good. Service also great , can’t complain honestly 10/10!

    I was very impressed with the quick service and the friendly staff. The coffee was excellent, the donuts were fresh, and I appreciated that there was plenty of parking available.

    Horrid! Terrible customer service, I literally have never had such rude and awful customer service in my life. Not to mention their “policy” to give you a half full drink if you order light ice. First I get there, was not greeted, all the employees were over in the back talking to one another completely ignoring the counter. I said “hello?” And was met with a rude woman who responded “are you ordering?” I said yes and continued to ask about a few products offered, none of which she knew about, was unsure of what was in them, the flavor, etc. I then figured she was new so I just ordered something that sounded decent, a large marshmallow iced latte, light ice. Once I placed the order she informed me my drink would only be half full because I wasn’t getting ice and she wasn’t giving me extra product. I said, I needed to talk to a manger because why would someone pay over $8 for a large drink and only receive half a cup of coffee? She informed me she was the manager and it was policy. I left and decided never to return to that store. I have been to multiple coffee shops, including other Dunkin’s and have never been so rudely spoken to, been given a half full drink or even been told my drink wouldn’t be full if I get light ice. This is beyond ridiculous. This all happened around noon on Friday, May 22nd 2026.
