- BGBrooke G6 days ago1.0I visited this location for dine in with my boyfriend for his birthday. We were helped by Leashay who was extremely rude. When attempting to order, she kept cutting me off. It was very apparent she is not happy working there. I ordered carryout tonight. I am missing a spoon, straw, and both sauces I ordered. I can’t see myself ordering from here again between the poor customer service and order accuracy.

Tim was incredibly patient and thorough helping me order. The staff had our lunches ready, orders correct, and brought them to our cars to help us. The kids were SO HAPPY to have chick-fil-a for lunch and we were relieved to have such an easy experience. I catered from a different chick-fil-a location last year and it was an absolutely unorganized nightmare, so I was very reluctant and nervous - but the team at Auburn Hills made it a very pleasant experience!
