- ALAustin Little5 days ago2.0Guy running the front end was actively dropping orders onto the front counter and then getting visibly irritated when customers had to ask for the drink they ordered. The tacos I ordered were all cracked at the bottom from him dropping the bag onto the counter.

They were too busy (however it didnt appear overly busy) to acknowledge me and I didnt even get my ordered drink cup (an order with a sole drink) for over 20 minutes. Very long wait time , unorganized routines, consistently forgetting items on orders I observed. Im sure it is just a bad moment I witnessed

- EEean emerysApr 27, 20261.0Who ever owns this location needs to fire the entire staff and start new. Every single time they mess up the order, food takes ridiculously long. Even when you order online and it says ready for pick up on the counter they lock the doors and make you wait 45 minutes in line after you already paid and the app confirmed the order was ready. My fault for making the mistake of coming back here a second time.
