  I went to pick up two mobile orders in the drive thru. They told me I could only pick up one at a time and that I had to go through the drive thru again to pick up the second order. They told me it "messes up their time" to have two orders picked up at once. Wouldn't that improve your times to have two orders picked up on time? It made no sense. Then when I went in to pick up my second order, I still had to wait another 10 minutes.

  I HATE that AI agent! Makes me so frustrated when at the drive through. The human employees are very kind, helpful, and honest people. Thank you for rescuing me from the AI bot <3. My food was good

  Been here a few times and have never had a positive experience. One time I waited 2 hours for an order, another time 40 mins, forgotten drinks are the norm. I genuinely haven’t a clue how a Taco Bell could be run so poorly. As I’m writing this the employees are screaming slurs and cuss words at each other. I wish I was kidding.

  Not reviewing negatively because of the employees! Rather, this location has started using AI for their drive thru ordering. Working with this program was difficult and, because of that, our order was incorrect. :( The employees who were there were very nice, and stepped in near the end of our order experience. However, the error in our order happened at the beginning and went uncorrected. Love communicating with the employees--please don't replace them with AI!
