Everyone working there was so lovely and despite a longer line my drink came out quick. Shaken Espresso + bagel sandwich was delish!

Update: Thank you to the Sweetwaters team for making it right, and within the business day too. Previous review: Came for their opening promo event: "first 25 in line win a free dreamy cold brew every week for fall semester". We were in line at 6am, within the first 15 people in line. Firstly, they did not actually let the first 25 people in line get the promo code. They showed a survey QR code to everyone at the same time, and it was a matter of whoever can finish the survey fastest. Many of the first 20 in line were unable to redeem the promo because of this. We felt so cheated. This is not how a marketing event should be run. Do better.
