One of my "go to" spots to stop for a quick very tasty bite. Perfectly sized pizzas, great variety of options. Most definitely the best pizza in town!
My family loves Pizza Pazza. It’s always fresh and made to order. The ingredients are excellent quality. The crust is amazing, and any leftover is delicious dipped in olive oil. I have never had any pizza on the menu I didn’t love.

I've eaten here twice. The service experience is always a little weird, but it's Ann Arbor. Whatever.
However-- each time the Neopolitan-style pizza has had one or more fundamental flaws in its preparation.
The first time, the dough was stretched on ordinary flour, instead of using semolina, or something like it, that doesn't burn on contact with the pizza oven floor. This mistake gives the pizza an acrid, bitter flavor, not to be confused with the complexity that comes from a well-cooked crust with some charred bits.
The second time, the dough was still raw on the inside. This may have been cooking time, as the bottom crust was just barely done, and wet creases were still visible in the bottom crust. It may also have been due to the over-application of sauce, possibly preventing the dough from cooking in the time it took the upper crust to brown.
I would avoid eating here if you like good pizza. I wish it were better, but sadly, it's not.

The owner was very kind in answering my questions about the flour that they use in their dough. The pizza came out quickly and it was delicious!! I’ll be visiting here again.
Really excellent. The crust is A+, same for the toppings.
We had just seen a couple sharing 2 pizzas - they are 10 inch, one person. This is great because then we ordered 2, the Fungi and the salmon. Hard to choose but, as of tonight, the mushroom noses out the fish.
Very friendly atmosphere, easy parking. I think we got the pies in 12 minutes!
Most certainly we will be back. To our knowledge no better pizza in a2
