I visited McDonald's today and overall had a mixed experience. The cashier was really warm and patient—clearly a kind-hearted person who made the ordering process pleasant. The store interior was also clean, tidy, and comfortable.
However, I have a major complaint about the Happy Meal I ordered. The fries portion was shockingly small—I'm not exaggerating when I say there were only about four or five fries in the entire box. Yes, I understand it's a kids' meal, but this is ridiculous even for a toddler. A two-year-old would finish that in 30 seconds and still be hungry. This wasn't just "light" portioning—it felt like someone rushed through the order and barely tossed a handful in, or maybe the staff just didn't care. Either way, it's completely unacceptable.
To be clear: I'm not expecting a large fry, but a Happy Meal fry should at least resemble a snack-sized portion, not a tease. Four fries is not a serving—it's a garnish. If this is due to speed over quality, then McDonald's needs to retrain its crew on basic portion control. This kind of skimping ruins the meal and leaves a bad taste, literally and figuratively.
I hope management takes this seriously and ensures consistency, because right now, this feels like a rip-off even for a kids' meal.
Order was ready 2 minutes after I pulled up to the window. Window worker with blue hair and a terrible attitude saw me glancing in the window at my order, took that as a personal insult, and elected to wait 5 more minutes until giving me my order which had gotten slightly cold. He made 6 drinks and went to have a full conversation with his co-worker in the meantime. Genuinely, what are we doing here?
This place is the longest place to wait for food everybody that works there is very very nice but it takes forever to get you food but if you say something sometimes I get an attitude but a lot of the people that work there are very nice and we'll get to you but it takes forever what is the longest McDonald's I've ever been to in My Life but if your food is wrong they will make it right the managers are very very nice and respectful the ones I've met so far the food isn't bad it's just the long wait and when I say long it's always super long even if no one's there.

This place use to be a good mcdonalds but the last 4 times I've been here they've got my order wrong and this last time they put an empty box of chicken nuggets in my bag and laughedwhen i told them about it. The only good thing about this place is the elderly lady that works there that tries hard to make things right she deserves a raise and to be manager if shes not already because she is the only one there that cares at all.
Update: I did go back and the food was right this time and hot. Service was overall way better however it was a long wait this time so I still can't rate it 5 stars this time.
I had a bad experience at this McDonalds, twice. But today I’ve met my threshold.
I waited an hour and ten minutes for my food. I was ok waiting twenty minutes but after seeing multiple people who had waited I thought I’d test the service and see how long it would actually take them to accommodate my order successfully.
An hour and ten minutes later, I received my meal with multiple discrepancies. I witnessed multiple people coming in saying they got the wrong order. Trash everywhere scattered on the back floor, workers touching their faces then handling food. Not a clean environment at all, makes me think about the food sanitation.
I heard a worker say to a customer (who had been waiting 40 minutes) in a very sarcastic and demeaning tone “ your food will come don’t make me mad because I’m making your food.” He then laughed and walked away smiling and making a mocking hand gesture (Young man with Afro wearing red cap about 6ft tall 6/7/26 @ approximately 10:00-10:20 AM). I couldn’t believe what I was hearing and seeing, so I walked out. I will never return to this place, and I highly advise others to go to another McDonald’s. It’s amazing how farfetched a place can run wild and still be up and running. Customers be warned!
