  Ordered hotcakes more then 30 minutes before the end of breakfast and was given the most rock hard pancakes I've ever had. Only the middle of the pancakes were soft. Around every edge was crunchy. Not the texture for pancakes! This location has a major issue with food quality and timing. There is no reason for those pancakes not to be made fresh. They cook quickly making them early and leaving them to get crunchy on a warm plate is wild. The workers in the afternoon here are better then the early ones because I've been at this location for lunch and had less problems. Sometimes a bit slow, but at least the food is better then.

  Placed an order today at 9:36 am. It is now 10:07 and I still have not received an order. It's just a Big Breakfast with Steak. Are they slaughtering the cow in back? 10:09 nothing yet. 10:10 nothing yet. 10:12 nothing yet (Other customers are coming in from the drive thru complaining of waiting for so long) 10:15 just got my food. Then they got the order wrong. Never have I ever seen anything like this. Won't be coming here any time soon.

  Ordered doordash at 10:15 on May 8th and I called to ask about my order and as soon as I said something about my doordash order the lady hung up on me. I called back and said “Hi I don’t know if you meant to hang up on me but I was calling about my doordash order” and she hung up again. The only thing she’d say to me was “Plymouth”. Just a very rude response especially when it’s as simple as asking about my food. She’s not somebody who should be working with customer service

  I'm usually super easy on fast food workers, but this is legitimately the worst McDonald's I've been to. I placed my order at 12:24 and then waited for more than 30 minutes to get my food. The fries had no salt, my burger was sloppy, and my husband's McChickens were dreadful. Meanwhile, the employees are only caring about online orders. I easily could have lied and taken a random online order because the staff weren't caring at all about the 20+ people in the lobby. This place needs a huge overhaul. I watched a man throw his food out because he waited and waited just for it to be made incorrectly.

  Consistently the saddest and most annoying McDonald’s to ever go to. The place is almost always jam packed with people ordering food, yet there are no napkins, no straws, no clean tables, and no staff to clean the place up. I actively am disrespectful the location here because it does not value me as a customer. If you are only taking “to go” orders, then close the interior so you can optimize your business instead of trying to serve both inside and drive through customers. ONLY if I am nearby and need a quick bite, like today before getting dog food in the same plaza at a pet store would I come here. It just sucks and the owners & staff clearly do not respect your dollars, so don’t respect them or their location - that’s the way the cookie crumbles.
