  1st walked into store and noticed it was a bit dirty. We were on the highway and needed to stop for restroom and a bite to eat. So we ordered. Bathrooms were dirty. Dining room floors were sticky. We made our order on the kiosk and a few minutes later our bag was dropped on the counter. They called out our #, we grabbed our bag and left. Wife got the kids thier food, got herself set up and started eating. I was puzzled. She never handed me my filet. She says it wasn't in the bag. We ordered a filet meal. 20 pc with 2 med fries and a frozen coke. No filet and everyone agreed the fries were cold. Worst pit stop we have had in a while.

  In the last 3 weeks I've been here maybe 3 times. One morning before work, I ordered a vanilla latte. I got to work, and seriously there was no espresso whatsoever in my drink, it was hot vanilla flavored milk, pure white. Then in these last two days, what is up with your buns! They are like stale and kinda hard, not soft like they are supposed to be.. not sure what's going on with that but it's not very nice. The McDoubles are also not being made well, the cheese is cold on the outsides on several different occasions.. I have not had good experiences here with the food! What gives?

  I literally just walked into this McDonald's 5 minutes ago and IMMEDIATELY noped it right out of there. There was one customer in the store and nobody was in line at the drive-thru. This store was disgusting! Every table was trashed like they'd had a monster crowd just in. I audibly gasped and looked over at the register to see if anyone was even there. There was one person with his back facing me, actively playing on his phone, completely ignoring us. There was zero pride in this restaurant. I am so completly disgusted and disappointed with this experience.

  March 31st around 7 pm, ordered a double filet o fish, double bacon quarter pounder with cheese, and a caramel iced coffee. Quarter pounder was extremely dry, bland, and flat, completely different from what it was in previous visits. The double filet o fish was missing a fish patty, lacking the normal amount of tartar sauce, and was extremely dry and again, bland. When I went up to the front to ask for the second fish patty, one staff member at the front made eye contact and proceeded to walk away. Another bagging orders at the front completely ignored me for over 7 minutes despite saying “excuse me sir” several times. Finally, the caramel iced coffee was also tastes completely different from every one I’ve ordered through the last 3 years, I didn’t even bother mentioning it as previous service was already absolutely horrible and I needed to be somewhere. This store used to be great but in my last three visits the quality of food and service has been atrocious and I will be finding a new location to visit. We were the only customers in the entire store and there were maybe 4-5 drive through/pickup orders.
