  I ordered a combo, asked for lite horseradish sauce, I received the sandwich and it was absolutely coated in horseradish sauce. About 5 times the needed amount , I ended up having to throw most of it away because it ruined the whole sandwich. This was obviously on purpose because who would accidentally put half the bottle of sauce on a small 8" sub. Especially when asked for lite sauce. Will not order from this location again.

  I got a small turkey sandwich with nothing but mayonnaise. IT HAD SO LITTLE TURKEY ON IT THAT I ALMOST DIDN'T SEE IT! The bread was not fresh. If I had been eating in the restaurant, I would have returned it. I wish I had read other people's reviews before I got this. Shame on the manager for encouraging this behavior!

  I don’t even know how to describe what I just witnessed. Like something out of the twilight zone. This guy named Nick kept making sandwiches, and then taking them apart and then putting them back together, I watched him throw three perfectly good sandwiches away. And then a customer asked for a receipt and this dude Nick told her no and was super super rude about made her cry and then a manager came out and told Nick to get back to work and Nick said no and then he said call the police I don’t know it was freaking wild.. like six employees just standing around doing nothing like everyone in that place needs to be fired

  Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The staff was unhelpful and not very kind, which made the visit unpleasant. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning.

  This is now the second time I have ordered delivery from this store. This time was faster than last time, at 45 min for one sandwich. Previous order was over an hour for 2 sandwiches. Called the store wondering what was happening after 40 min and talked to the manager. What did she do? Apologize and tell us that we could get a free cookie next time we came in. What a laugh! To think that I'm going to order anything from this store again is hilarious, let alone go in for a possible cookie. Way to treat your customers Jimmy John's.
