  I stopped into this Jimmy John’s on my way to visit my dog at the emergency vet hospital. He’s been very sick with a serious infection, and one of the few things that has gotten him interested in eating again is deli meat. When I ordered my sandwich, I asked if they happened to have any scrap ham I could buy to take to him. Before I could even finish explaining, one of the employees handed me a wrapped bundle with about 10 slices of ham and wouldn’t let me pay for it. It may have seemed like a small gesture to them, but it meant so much to me. My dog absolutely loved it, and seeing him excited to eat was one of the brightest moments in a very difficult week. Thank you to the kind employees who showed such compassion. Your generosity and kindness made a real difference, and I’ll definitely be back. Great customer service isn’t just about making sandwiches—it’s about caring for people, and your team did exactly that.

  I ordered delivery today and got no update on the tracker for >30min. I called the store & the staff member who answered was kind and apologetic but indicated that my (previously hot) food had been ready and waiting for an Uber driver because they were short a driver of their own. When the Uber driver arrived 45 minutes after the order was placed, he had two orders- neither of which were mine. He said my order had been misplaced on the pickup shelf and quickly went back to the store for my food. When I got my food an hour later (delivered from a mile away) it was cold and soggy. Your staff is great, but understaffing your store is undermining your 'freaky-fast' mission. I got a 20 dollar bag of disgusting nonsense after a lot of hassle.

  We get Jimmy John's often, and we like Tom Turkey #4, Best, Totaly Tuna #3 close 2nd best for me. I have swelling in my leg at other take outs, but never I mean never with Jimmy John's. And have to rave very much over the new Strawberry Lemonade soft Cookie! The best ever if you like Lemon. Just did out second time delivery, normally we stop and pick it up when out running errands.

  I ordered and got cucumber salad and was given one that was expired and was hung up on when I tried to LET THEM KNOW. I spoke with the manager at 12:40pm. I wasn’t upset until I was hung up on.
