  Spent 25$ on food to find no driver and no money on my card or account can’t eat they took my money Do NOT eat here especially if you work at the hospital your wasting your money eat in the cafe at least you can eat you will be dissapointed and still hungry go spend your money of 25$ worth of uncrustables sandwich’s so you never run into this problem again. I’ve been going to jimmy John’s for 16 years and I’ll never go again. I think the whole franchise went down as quality. There’s no accountability with these Jimmy John’s to care about there product service. They can keep my money I will stop the entire hospital worth of business from ordering never got my money refunded

  I just picked up a carryout sandwich, and unfortunately the bread was very hard—it tasted old and not fresh. This was disappointing, as it affected the overall quality of the sandwich. I hope you can look into this and ensure fresher bread going forward.

  Ordered for deliverly. Got no update for 45 mins until I called. They said oh we'll get on it we're just waiting for a driver. Hour and 45 mins later and its still not here. Totally horrible. Worst Jimmy Johns I've ever ordered from.
