  Didn't bring my brownie and then lied when I called back and said they dont have a delivery driver for the rest of the day. They are open another 6 hours and fast delivery is their whole business model. Im tempted to make another order just to prove they are lying and don't want to drive for one brownie without a tip.

  The food was an hour late, it was missing items, soda was flat, worst Jimmy's experience ever.

  My Sandwich was done Horribly! I had to ask the preparer to change gloves because he was wiping the counter down with the pair he had on instead of using a towel. He was actually going to make my sandwich after doing that in front of me! I then received a soaked & wet and sloppily made sand. I am very dissatisfied as though I am visiting the State of Michigan and had to experience this. 600 Packard St, Ann Arbor , Michigan. Just Terrible and I honestly do not want Jimmy John’s anymore or at least for a long while!

  Horrible service ,extremely rude employees , worst service across the country period ! I travel across the country regularly and bar none this is the worst service and treatment I've received any where . Shameless folks ! Zero customer service ability. Horrible experience
