I have food allergies. Allergies were clearly marked on receipt. They sent out the food I'm allergic to. The manager was very aloof. They don't gove as many fries as they used to either, but prices have gone up. While I'm at it, Five Guys if you're reading this, please get cheese that doesn't contain soy. It feels more loke a rip off paying such a high price for 2 patties of beef.

It’s NOT the same amount, they are gaslighting. There is no extra scoop. I used to be able to share regular with 3 people, not even enough for one now. Sick of companies downgrading portions or quality, while keeping the same price or raising it, and the customer has to cover the profit gain while taking on the loss of product. Was my favorite…Done with five guys. #shrinkflation

The food was raw for starters and overly priced considering its state given. Unsanitary grill person and the service in there was absolutely absurd. I’m not from the area, and I would never return to at least that restaurant. Hopefully they’re not all like that very argumentative service and I was silent So the fact that anyone had anything to argue with me about was very uncomfortable

I've only had five guys in cincinnati before, so I was excited to try here. But big mistake this place was sloppy and disgusting. First of all a hair on my burger!, all the buns where soggy and hardly no cajun seasoning on the fries. The large fries looked like a regular. I wont ever try this location again

Went in there today to get BOGO burgers and the manager or whatever had no idea what was going on. The cashier and both cooks were both very pleasant and helpful. The manager claimed that BOGO was no longer a thing until the cashier/cook proved to me otherwise. She politely showed me how to look it up to get the deal when the manager was trying to make sure I didn't get a deal because of corporate. She said that she wouldn't honor it even though I already paid. It's shameful that she didn't want a customer to receive a good meal at a good deal. She should take notes from her employees and do better.
