- TTTeganApr 21, 20262.0I had a very basic order and it took 26 minutes. It looks like the stickers print and they don't start on the drinks until after you've waited a while and come up to the counter to ask about your order. Then they take your name and find your order and work on it. It is chaos and not a Dunkin to go to if you're expecting relatively decent service like other locations.

Waited at-least thirty minutes after ordering online about 10minutes before I go to the store and then didn’t even get my banana cold foam. The one reason my small drink was more than 6 dollars smh never again.
