  Literally watched them pull a hot shot into a plastic cup. $7 in the trash. I usually go to Roos but was in a rush and DD didn’t have a single customer… so no wait. Never again.

  Waited over 45 minutes for a black coffee. Can you believe that? Food wasn’t good. No atmosphere— no music, like 4 seats, and very corporate and sad decor. Horribly understaffed, the poor guy behind the counter was alone and trying his best! Wish this prime real estate went to a local coffee shop.

  Please add more staff to this location. I come here frequently on my commute and for the past month the only bread they have for sandwiches is sourdough. The sandwich is always cold because they are rushing to push it out and because the online order stock is not updated, they wait to start making anything until you get there. The staff are lovely but it is clear they need more support!! Please try to turn off the items you don’t have in stock on mobiles.
