Been coming here since they've reopened, I won't be back. The manager bree was always willing to help and correct orders I don't see her anymore perhaps find her again? It shouldn't take a kitchen, staffed with 4 people manning the grill, 40 mins for three subs when the building is nearly empty. Seriously, they had more staff than customers and I preordered. I gave them a half hour head start and I still waited 20 mins. They also messed up my kid's order (supposed to be a kids turkey with cheese, given a monstrosity packed with oils and veggies - tbh I would love but my kid, not so much). I was SO excited this place came back after the fire but I've came her 4 times since and all but one was a huge mess. I'm not coming back again.

Online orders take priority over in person orders which is staggering. My last stop, unfortunately the AC had gone out, so a little warm in there, but I was one out of two people ordering inside and it took 15 mins to make a sandwich. The old method of ordering had you making a sandwich while you walked down the line and bam! Your sandwich was ready! Gotta work on service a little better.
