- ACAlec Castelan5 days ago1.0The bowl was completely ruined by the rice. It was clearly old, dried out, and so stale that it was literally hard and crunchy. Chewing on what felt like raw grains of rice made the whole meal inedible.

- JPJudy PedersonJun 1, 20261.0I've eaten at this Chipotle before and gotten perfectly reasonable portions. Then I made the mistake of ordering through the app. The difference was ridiculous. My mobile order had what looked like about 30–35% less food than what they serve when you're standing in front of them. Same price, way less food. Chipotle has a reputation for skimping on mobile orders, and unfortunately this location lived right up to that reputation. If you're going to charge full price, at least give people the amount of food they're paying for. I won't be ordering online from this location again. If you want a fair portion, apparently you need to stand there and watch them make it.

I ordered for pickup on the mobile app. First of all, it was the smallest portion I’ve ever gotten, and I thought it couldn’t get worse, but oh was I wrong. I took two bites before throwing my bowl away, and in those two bites I found hair and the cheese tasted like it’d been left out of the refrigerator for a a few too many days, and the beans were all clumped together. Just to make it clear, I’m not a picky eater whatsoever, and I don’t believe I’ve ever thrown away an entire meal I bought.
