  Absolutely unreal! They would not allow taking orders in line. Had to place order through app. My burrito is half the size of a normal Chipplte burrito. My side of salsa is half full and my side of quest is also half full. Absolutely disgusted with this location. I go to Chipolte every week across michigan and I have never had to leave a bad review until now. Do not go to this location.

  this place stays open till 11 and runs out of most of their stuff by 5 PM no exaggeration they never plan or make enough for the time that they are open. This is the third day i’ve come and they have not had what I wanted, causing me to leave immediately.

  Usually go to this location since all the others around aren’t great. Experience today wasn’t good. Place seemed overall pretty dirty, food was everywhere. When the cashier bagged up the food, they shoved both bowls into a smaller bag and stood it up right making everything a mess.

  Pro: easy stop off the highway on frequent trips home from DTW. food is generally on par for Chipotle, but they frequently don’t have corn crunchy tortillas which you’d have no way of knowing when ordering on the app, and they won’t refund you when you pick up and find out you don’t get what you ordered. Con: the dining room is an absolute pigsty. Nine out of 10 times we have to clean our own table; because there’s not a single clean one in the place and no staff is ever seen cleaning them. The table in the picture was next to ours; we were there for 15 minutes, relatively quiet dining room yet no staff made any attempt to clean up anything in the dining room at all. Debris all over the floor, dirty tables everywhere. It’s gross.
