- LMLauren Menjivar5 days ago2.0I am a chipotle lover through and through. I usually don’t write reviews but I felt compelled to do so after my experience at the S. South St location. Any chipotle I’ve gone to, whether it’s in CT, NJ, MA, I get nice large servings. For the first time, I was given such a small portion of chicken and rice. I thought it was a joke. I asked for more, and the server was like that would be a double portion (for the chicken). What!!!!? That wasn’t even one serving. I decided to double it because it literally wasn’t enough chicken. Are they trying to get more money out of students? I’m never coming back here. I might as well take my car and travel to another Chipotle which will give me a nice big serving of food and all for the price of a single serving.

Absolutely disgusting.

Sophie who was making my burrito has the worst customer service of all time it was terrible she likes to yell at you when you don’t talk loud enough and has a terrible attitude and has no business being there. Next the place was trashed the terrible were disgusting looked like there was food there from yesterday and there we’re actually piles of food on the tables while the staff in the back were on there phone.
