  This is a review for a saturday at 7:30pm. The place is a mess, no one is cleaning their station and food is strewn about. I ordered a chicken bowl and watched as two different types of rice were mixed together and poured into an old tray. The rice was also unseasoned from how it normally is. They were almost out of chicken, and instead of letting me know, tried to put far less in the bowl than what I had during the weekday at 3pm earlier in the week. I had to ask them to fill it to the normal amount. There doesn't seem to be anyone overseeing the service at this time of day. The difference between the service and the cleanliness is night and day from earlier this week.

  I absolutely hate this location! Every time I come to here there’s always extremely long lines. The customer service is very slow and they are nonresponsive whenever I need service. They also usually mess up my order and I’m sick of the customer service here they really need to do better or shut the location down.

  Last night was my last time going to this location. Aside from them constantly being out of things, no matter what time of day I go, the man working at the front was incredibly rude. It clearly must have been a long day because he had very little patience and decided to repeat things extra slowly to me like I was dumb, all because I mixed up the new chicken and misheard him asking if I wanted a bowl or burrito. There was absolutely no reason to be that condescending over a simple misunderstanding. I’d rather drive an extra 15 minutes to another location than be talked to like it’s my first day on Earth.

  Waited in line for 30 minutes to get to the front for the worker to tell us there is no tortillas, chicken,queso,corn, and chips. The workers were just shrugging at everyone and not dealing with any problems. Do not come to this Chipotle they have no ingredients and rude workers.

  The lady working mobile order pickup on 8/27/26 at 7pm should be moved elsewhere. I ordered for pick up and the lady was moving slow. There were 20 people waiting for their mobile order, and people in line were getting their orders before us. I stood there for 40 minutes AFTER the time it was supposed to be ready. I understand that rushes happen, but they should’ve had more staff to help. The lady didn’t seem to care at all. She could’ve attempted to move a bit faster or at least vocalize to us what’s going on.
