  Very disappointed with my experience at Chipotle. While eating my burrito, I discovered pieces of raw chicken inside. Consuming undercooked chicken is a serious health concern due to the risk of salmonella and other foodborne illnesses. This isn’t just a small mistake — it’s a major food safety issue. My meal came to nearly $18 after adding a drink, guacamole, and a side of queso. When I brought the issue to staff’s attention, I was only offered either a remake burrito or a refund. I chose the refund because after finding raw chicken, I had absolutely no appetite left and was genuinely concerned about getting sick. What made the situation even more frustrating was that I was only refunded $11.55 — basically just the cost of the burrito with guacamole. The drink and queso were not refunded, even though my entire meal was ruined because of the raw chicken. A partial refund for a meal involving unsafe food handling seems completely unreasonable. On a more positive note, the customer service was exceptional. The young lady who initially took my order was incredibly nice as were the two cashier's who rang me out and ultimately gave the refund.

  The coldest, and smallest portion of ingredients I’ve ever had at this restaurant, it’s my first and last time visiting this location, do better especially in the location you’re at.

  Sat evening Line empty, not may options available… They made 1/2 bowls instead of regular biwls Los of staff in the back and only one person serving.. with a bad attitude at that Sitting area dirty

  The worst. I don’t go here often even though it is so close to our house. Sometimes convenience wins and I try it out, hoping it’s improved. But it just is so bad. They are always out of veggies and corn tortillas, I know not to expect those, but today they were also out of white rice, and barely had enough lettuce for my bowl (sorry for anyone behind me if they wanted lettuce). They were out of the honey chicken (the person in front of me learned that). I don’t understand how they can be so consistently out of stock. This has been the case with this location for over 5 years. If you can, avoid this location as though it’s closed.

  Food we chose was very good. However, we wanted brown rice and they checked for more but they were out at the counter and they didn't start the next batch. Several items were out and they said we would have to wait for them. This is at 12:15 afternoon
