  Food is fine. The ladies that walk around on the floor, cleaning and interacting are great. The issue is the counter setup. I like refills, and everytime I eat here it seems like I stand around for 5-10 minutes waiting for a refill at the counter. The doordash drivers come and just knuckle through like they own the place. The counter staff ignores you even looking at empty cups with no lids.

  Haven't tried it yet. Pulled into the parking lot. All the spaces were reserved for Uber, Door Dash, phone-in and others. I'm just a regular person wanting a regular meal, but I guess I have to park a block away. Chic fil a is not worth it. I won't try again.

  I hardly ever make a review on any food place but I just had to leave a comment on how awful the service is here, I mean seriously this place just opened up and they’ve completely dropped the act and effort that chill fil a Is known for, all the other reviews have commented on the wait times and it’s all true, if you order curbside you will be waiting for 30 minutes for a chicken sandwich and if you order inside you will be accompanied by a crowd of fellow customers who are also pissed off and irritated that it’s taken 20 minutes to make a sandwich, I mean seriously I’ve been inside three times and every time it’s been a lobby full of people without food, mean mugging the kitchen because not a single order is being fulfilled, I can go on and on but the other reviews speak for themselves.

  I read the bad reviews but thought maybe my experience would be different, so I decided to give this place a try. I went after lunchtime and only ordered one ice cream, but it still took over 30 minutes. For such a simple order, the wait felt pretty unreasonable. It almost felt like the whole process was controlled by some overly complicated system where the staff had to follow whatever the machine said, instead of just taking 30 seconds to make something quick.

  Absolutely incredible food AND service. Being a queer PoC woman, I was initially afraid to even visit this place because some mean people online can be weirdly hyper-fixated on places even losely associated with God. What I found however, was a blessed, diverse team of enthusiastic hard workers who go the extra mile to smile at EVERYONE and give us the best damn chicken in the state! If you are scared of being mistreated or disrespected then rest easy. The staff there will do everything in their power to reasonably ccommodate you-ASAP. It is also the cleanest and most respectful I have ever seen the inside of a restaurant look! Their food is worth every penny, especially in times such as now.
