    I was really disappointed with my visit. When we got our food, there was a very strong smell that reminded me of weed coming from the bag/food area. It was unpleasant and completely ruined my appetite. I expect better cleanliness and professionalism from Chick-fil-A, so this experience was surprising. I hope management looks into it because no customer should have an experience like this.

    I hate to say it, but today’s experience with Chick-fil-A was incredibly disappointing. I placed an order via the Chick-fil-A app for delivery—no third party—because I wanted to support them directly. I spend almost $40, and it’s a five-minute drive from my house, so I didn’t expect any issues. But when the food arrived, everything was cold—fries, sandwiches, everything. And to top it off, there were no condiments. I called the restaurant, furious, but the call kept cutting out. After multiple attempts, I finally reached a manager who did issue a refund, but there was no effort to make it right beyond that. I’ve always had some kind of small issue, but this was just a huge letdown. I hope they step up their game, because I really want to keep supporting them, but today was just not okay.

    1st time at chic fil-a. Was very excited to try it. No drive through. Waited in a line of only 10 people for 35 min. Had to go back twice because order was wrong. Didnt even give napkins or sauces we asked for. No spoons given for the soup. Took a full hour from start to finish. Wasn't the best experience

    I would recommend going to another Chick-Fil-A in the area. I have been to this location several times, both for carry out / mobile pick up and dine-in, both of which the service has been terrible: very long times for orders (typically ranging around 20-30 minutes) with a 50% chance that they mess up your order. For a restaurant where you expect excellent service and quality, this one is a sore loss.

    I'm reviewing this store as a doordash driver. Do NOT order from them on any third party site. I got to the restaurant 3 minutes before the "pick up by" time. I then waited 25 minutes for the order, during which, different employees periodically told me they'll go check on it, only for a manager to finally come out and tell me the entire order had to be cancelled because they did not have the salad dressing that the customer requested.. They claimed they could not substitute because they have to put it in the system and it can't be changed so I would need to contact doordash support to cancel the order, rather than just have me ask the customer if they wanted a different sauce like every other restaurant has done in situations like this. I'm sure the customer was refunded but just a COMPLETE waste of my time and money because of their incompetency. I'll be hopping on my doordash drivers Facebook group to warn them not to accept any chick fil a orders.
