  For starters no one is at the front waiting to greet you but there’s a sign that says “ wait to be seated”. This is my first time in ann arbor and what i experienced was not what i expected. My waiter CRYSTAL barely even cared to take my daughter’s order & i. Never ever greeted just came and got our drinks and mind u in her section i was the first to be seated then 2 more tables got sat. All i got was plain boneless wings and bbq and dry lemon pepper. Tell me why everyone else got THE DRINKS and FOOD first than i did when i ORDERED FIRST. Never even got my lemon for my water but for the 2 guys in front of me sure did. Very sad to have experienced that but definitely won’t be going back just because of that one person and her name is crystal she didnt even deserve a tip but i know what’s it’s like working in the food industry. Do better! We didn’t eve have a chance to eat i asked for boxes right away and left .

  Buy 10 for 10 free deal was more expensive than the 20 deal with fries. The waitress could have told me the 20 with fries was cheaper than buy 10 get 10 free! Never trust a waitstaff.

  I'm a regular here and always receive great service! I was in this past Friday for the Michigan game and had wonderful server Kiley! She was very attentive during the busy game and did a great job!

  Devin was a great server. Even though he wasn’t the one who took our order, he still checked on our table (and others) multiple times to make sure everything was good. I found that very proactive and really appreciated it. The food overall was good. I especially enjoyed the boneless wings and the lemon raspberry drink, they offer nonalcoholic beverages. The only downside was the cheesesteak and the fried onions. I understand the onions are deep fried, but both dishes were quite oily. The cheesesteak in particular had visible oil coming out of the sandwich, I wasn’t the one who had it but noticed that.

  Got seated immediately after walking in which was great. We were waiting to order for about 20 minutes before a manager came and told us no outside food(which was fine we understood) so we decided to do takeout. Ordering was fine no complaints until we got our food and we’re missing 3 cheesecakes we ordered, and incorrect drinks. They were not busy so I’m not sure why it took so long for them to come back to the front to help us. This needs to be fixed immediately and we will not be returning. $100 on food just for half of the order to be incorrect or missing.
