  I had a steak burrito from this place and I was genuinely surprised by how good it was. Even the Spanish rice inside was flavorful.

  I used to get a burrito from here often, but I don't anymore. They have messed up my order multiple times, sometimes giving me a different meat than I asked for or even no meat at all. It's extremely disappointing when you take a burrito all the way home to find out it's just rice and beans. The prices are cheaper for a reason, yet still not really worth it. The wait time is also inconsistent, sometimes being fast and sometimes quite slow. Also, the cashiers are quite unfriendly.

  We had an issue with our order and Chan was extremely helpful, and solved our issue immediately. This is the type of service all restaurants should strive to have.

  I've been ordering from BTB for several years now. Always prefer cash because that's just how I am and most businesses appreciated it. BTB now will refuse cash, and will not let you order over the phone. Today, I was desperate to place an order online in time to eat lunch in a tight window during work today. Their site isn't working. Tried my phone, can't add to cart. Tried on my computer, can't add to cart. Called, they wouldn't let me place an order, very nice guys.... Now I have no time to get food, and I'm going to have to skip lunch today because of the stupid deal you have with your website provider (Toast was way better btw). On top of that, prices have risen, not surprised, but the fees on the website have also gone up (absolute bs). Additionally, the quality of their ingredients have gone down, so at this point I'm over this place. Have fun loosing customers over "convenience."
