We had Ben & Jerry's Ann Arbor cater the dessert for our wedding and it was the greatest decision ever. I think it'll be something that will be talked about for years to come. Matthew was so easy to work with, arrived on time, worked well with my coordinator to get set up in the right location, and everyone enjoyed themselves! I highly recommend working with them for any event you need some ice cream at!

Would be rating lower but it did taste good but their milkshakes are completely liquid. I was excited to try thinking it be really amazing but it was meh cause of it being liquidity. If you’re gonna do yourself a favor and get yourself a milkshake go somewhere else

Ben and Jerry's is always a great stopfor a treat. Their ice cream is top notch and they always have facilities that are more than adequate. This shop is located across the street from UM campus in one of the busier and more appealing commercial areas in Ann Arbor. On this visit, I'll note that the service was up to B&J's standard and the prices were what I would expect. My wife and I generally split a two-scoop cup when we visit an ice cream establishment in order to moderate calories and conserve cost, but mostly to allow for us to sample more than one flavor at a time. It also allows us to experiment a little with mixing complementary flavors. On this trip, we mixed an old favorite with a different option (for us). Chunky Monkey is a longstanding favorite for us but Tonight Dough was a new revelation. It's been around since 2015 but we have never tried it. Created in collaboration with Jimmy Fallon, it is a mix of chocolate and caramel with chocolate cookie swirls, chocolate chip cookie dough and peanut butter cookie dough. It pairs well with the wonderful banana flavor in Chunky Monkey. It was indeed a treat. I'll look forward to trying this combination again. I'll also look forward to my next trip to the UM area to make another stop at this particular shop.

Is nothing scared anymore? Nothing is sacred anymore. Is it not bad enough that stores never went back to being open 24 hours again? Is it not bad enough that Campbell confirmed that we’ve been eating 3D printed chicken? Is it not bad enough that prices are astronomical and most people can’t afford to put food on the table for their families? Then there’s this. I have been buying this ice cream since I have been 12 years old and I am almost 30 years old now. I live about 45 minutes away and I make the drive to stock up on coffee coffee buzz buzz every 2-3 months. I am so freaking tired of prices increasing as quality continues to freaking flatline. There used to be mocha chips in every bite now all there is is imagination. As an adult you have to find joy in the little things and this is now officially one less thing I have to look forward to. This is not just a bad batch either, this is the third time the quality has been lacking for the past two months. I hate you Ben and Jerry’s.
