    It's actually INSANE that you're made to wait 20 MINUTES in the drive-thru for a few things and then get home 30 seconds later to everything being luke warm. Disgusting management team needs to get replaced.

    In Alpena, Michigan the prices are higher at the location on M32 than at the other two locations. Taste and quality are consistent at all three locations. The location on US-23 is often slow and I suggest you check your items before driving away.

    They only sell "value" meals, no separate burgers, fires, nuggets ect. Terrible policy. Won't go back to this one...
